superman 32 Posted November 10, 2013 Share Posted November 10, 2013 by buying the album more than once or twice you just inflate the numbers.you dont make gaga more popular.then the decrease of the following weeks will be even bigger.just buy the album as a fan and pray that more and more ppl like gaga s music once again and buys it. im afraid pre orders dont mean anything cause its the fanbase that would buy the album either way (or am i not understanding this?) why would we expect openings such as 400ks or 500k when we have applause s example.i hope the album has the run that applause had in the US. You can't compare it against BTW sales because it was a completely different situation that Gaga was in, she had just come off TFM success. ARTPOP is coming off of the success of BTW which was still successful but turned a lot of people off her.
