She's still a great performer !  But nowadays she's definitely out. Gaga, Katy, Adele, Rihanna are the big names of music industry. Look at MDNA and Hard Candy 's sales. So, if ARTPOP sells 3 times less than BTW on it's first week in the USA, it will be similar worldwide. She will turn around 640k in the first week for sure.
