A footnote: sometimes, companies trademark things because they MAY be used by other people, rather than that they will definitely use them - I.e. Katy Perry could call her new tour ARTPOP Ball, but now she legally can't. Apple trademarked 'iSlate' before they chose iPad. At one point, she also trademarked 'Monster' in regards to perfumes.
