GoldenNovember 455 Posted November 6, 2013 Share Posted November 6, 2013 I searched a bit in Gagas trademarkia account (trademarkia is a free trademark search, Gagas account is called "ATE MY HEART INC.") and found some interesting new trademarks: "EAU DE GAGA" is filed under cosmetics. and "THE ARTPOP BALL" is filed under several categories, including merchandising and video recording. 'Cause they filed the names "Haus Laboratories" and "Lady Gaga Fame" in the category 'cosmetics' way before we knew about these names. It's hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead. A footnote: sometimes, companies trademark things because they MAY be used by other people, rather than that they will definitely use them - I.e.
