Probably thats the biggest mistake she makes artistically and commercially. She is not a teacher. She is an artist. People can learn from music, but they must first FEEL and SEE it. And BTW sold slightly more than TFM, yet the fanbase used to refer to it as her downfall, and now they're trying to backpedal and preach why it's great and better than ARTPOP (which we haven't started abbreviating yet for some reason. AP) TFM and The Fame have weird sales because of the unorthodox re-release. Sales of TFM deluxe were counted as sales of The Fame since it contained more tracks from The Fame than TFM. It's most likely just stalling because a lot of stations are still playing Roar. It'll smash once the MV is released and she starts promoting it. (Could you imagine a stan war between Monsters and Eminem's stans, though? ) Anyways.
