Bye 3,947 Posted November 6, 2013 Share Posted November 6, 2013 I don't really care about Metacritic, but if ARTPOP does end up in the long run scoring lower than Born This Way on there, then something is badly wrong with these reviewers. Less than BTW is reasonable given that BTW had any influences from the 80s and classic rock which would help reviewers give it a higher score. And I agree, on the whole BTW is on another level than contemporary pop albums. ARTPOP is a much easier listen and more fun but it's understandable that reviewers would prefer BTW...Here come the meltdowns :megaflop: Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Here come the meltdowns :megaflop: I imagine they'll be about the same. ARTPOP has hip-hop influences which go over well. and ballads for ballad lovers. Shorter songs go over well too.
