She even said later in an interview that these were not actual voices but just thoughts, about melodies, lyrics...whichever creative thought that came through her mind. The uniqueness of their minds make them so creative and amazing! Our brain is such a complicated organ and we know almost nothing about how it works. Don't make Gaga look like she's mentally unstable. She is more than stable. If she was unstable, she wouldn't be able to be the biggest pop star. She has a very strong and creative mind and of course she gets sad, depressed, hurt, it's part of creative person's world too. Artists are usually very sensitive, emotional, open, thin-skinned, different emotions go through their heads, they see the world differently and it's completely ok.
