People here, however, have the tendency to act like complete ****s when it comes to criticizing her. If you don't like something that Gaga does, congratulations. In regard to some people who do feel the need to agree and "love" everything gaga does, it's probably possible that they're simply being defensive over someone they love... I choose to not talk about the stuff I don't like, or not mention it very much. And when I do talk about it, I also choose my words to be as respectful to Gaga as possible and to avoid inviting argumentative responses. I make these choices because I don't feel the need to ruin the experiences of fans that may like something that I don't. I also choose not to feed into the negativity of the site. So yes, people are likely to categorize me as "someone who loves everything Gaga does" because that is what I emphasize, the stuff that I love. Even stuff I don't love I at least try to understand. I use the term "Gaga Apologist" as my member title for a reason... I will argue from her point of view many times even if my own point of view personally is different. That doesn't make me a sycophant of Gaga or "delusional", it just means I intend to counter the negativity and think about the positive things that I do love, and help others find deeper ways to enjoy Gaga's work. You don't have to like everything she does, but you also don't have to talk about the stuff you don't. Complaining all the time about stuff you don't like doesn't make a person a "realist", it just makes them a person spreading negative energy all around the forum. Well, it's definitely true that there's no essential need to post their opinions (either positive or negative) and some members may need to exercise self restraint in regards to their opinion, but that's not to say that stating your opinion, if it opposes gaga is necessarily a bad thing, or that it shouldn't be done, if as you say, it's done respectfully and maturely. As for being "delusional", like the more negative opinions there's a difference between a mature and immature post. The entire thing is a moot point though as nothing in effect could be changed and both sides of the argument are needed otherwise it would be an extremely boring forum.
