Show me your teeth means tell me the truth.

But like how? How do you get that from "Show me your teeth!" Not being rude but I'm confused by it.

Gov Hooka

Teeth i don't know about but does Government Hooker suggest the idea of being a Hooker to your Government, possibly hinting at how a government can suppress individuality because you must obey them? I may be reaching and reading too much into it. Also, it has to do with Marilyn Monroe and JFK's relationship and is a play on that as well.

Teeth is actually about oral s-x. Gaga later said it was about the fear of the truth. She tried to class it up. :classy:

She's saying "show me your teeth" as in "Show me what you really have, the truth."

At least that's how I see it.

I don't know. Gaga never really explains her songs. She just ends up confusing me even more

Teeth is about the truth, and wanting it from a man, and wanting it over money. It is far more understandable on the MB live version. basically you want, you need the truth. Because lies are the worst thing in a relationship, or just by basic principal.

Government Hooker is about the government ****ing her over. About how she can't say what she wants and how her body is sold and not the music or art she makes.

I thought the meanings of both songs were kind of obvious really.

Gaga on Government Hooker

"Government Hooker was inspired by Marilyn Monroe + political mistresses. I wonder what they were privy to + what they affected."

Her words, take 'em for what they are. Not sure if it fully covers the meaning of the track. Government Hooker is such a classic, though. :legend:

Yeah, I think teeth is like BR in that Gaga wants your everything, and in teeth's case, she wants the other to bare it all for her.

Government Hooker is a reference to Marilyn Monroe and John F.Kennedy. It is about the women who slept with the most powerful men. At least thats what Gaga has said..

I really worry about people.

To bare your teeth or to show your teeth is to bare your true feelings.
