It feels like that sometimes, yeah. Actually, it is just makeup. Idk if this is common knowledge or not because I'm like REALLY into makeup, but a new thing that's catching on is "dewy" sprays. Essentially, they're setting sprays ( a spray used for preventing makeup fading for long periods of time) but they dry with a "dewy" finish. The purpose of this is to better highlight any contouring done to the face (using an illuminator and contouring powder). The look supposedly gives you a "glow" but in my opinion they just look like you're sweaty but you still have makeup on. I'm not a fan of the look at ALL because it makes you look oily9, but if you want to see more examples of how this stuff can literally change the appearance of you bone structure (providing, of course that you contour first), just youtube some tutorials! It's unfortunate, but she looks terrible. It just is what it is. But logging into a little monster forum and talking about how poorly you perceive Gaga to be doing is ASKING for backlash.
