Maybe it's just the dress, but she looks more radiant than usual (maybe she's pregnant lol). As for the face, I'm thinking it's also just makeup and emphasis on the cheekbone area. I'm no pro at makeup, though. she looks super hot I think she wasn't tbh. She was for the most part, I believe, at least after Telephone.
