She definitely doesn't have facial fillers 1.) nobody gets facial fillers in their 20s unless they've been on heroine for the past 10 years and 2.) her face looks completely the same just a bit fuller due to weight gain (this is probably her ideal weight though). Sorry to butt in botox is basically a a toxin that paralyzes facial muscles in order to stap you from moving the muscle in order to prevent and make wrinkles appear smaller (mostly done on the eyes for crows feet and forehead for frown lines, as well as in between the brows) Filler usually refers to Hyaluronic Acid, which is an injectable that last approx. 6 months and is used to "plump" areas of the face (most commonly used on lips, sometimes cheeks as well for a fuller face or to accentuate cheekbones). At least that's what it looks like. Like this picture. The top of her cheeks all of a sudden protrude and then sink back into her face. Anyway, I don't think it's fillers though. I think she just put on a bit of weight over the festive period, no big deal! Also she is smiling really big in some of the pics, and that definitely makes your cheeks more pronounced. If you look at others where she's smiling less, her cheeks don't look as full.
