That's why i love her, she not only puts a great concert together but also tries her best to make a change by encouraging people, when you go to other concert, perhaps you can get a great show, but when you go to Gaga's concert you get a great show + motivation it's  like 2in1. I hope she will continue this in ARTPOP Ball also.

it's not an accent per se, she just uses very careful enunciation when she is talking to foreign journalists so they can understand her.

This is wonderful. Thoughtful. They let the interview progress naturally that is why it is great. They werent rushing her, and she wasnt trying to sell anything. It was just elegance.
