Mills 446 Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 "Is funny how ya'll keep saying "is a promo single"....There is no such thing as a promo single, if it wasn't a full release it wouldn't be available for download...Beyonce's "Grown Woman" was a promo single, it didn't chart because it wasn't available for purchase...Face it "Applause" "DWYW" and "Venus" are full singles, and none are in the top 10 in iTunes USA..." :lmao: Then that makes Dark Horse and Walking On Air as full singles too - both are also not in the top 10 on iTunes as we speak. And how about Eminem, does that mean he has already released 4 full singles before his actual album drops? Isn't it such a shame for someone who comments on Billboard to literally not know the difference between a promo single and an official one? Most of you say that it won't get radio airplay and it wil flop like Judas but Venus has the potential of a-Bad Romance-epic video that can make the song a streaming monster. Let's be honest the biggest hits WW and the ones that have the most impact are the streaming hits, not radio hits and not only club bangers. I probably have a better idea of how big she is there than you, and Applause physical sold 5k there first-week. But I just saw that they're actual predictions based on a survey so I'll take them much more seriously now. 188k is huge tbh, the biggest solo album opening this year in Japan so far is 243k.
