The same will happen with the Youtube awards performance. The difference will be made if only this performance will be promoted in some way by her or Youtube. YT awards will hardly be big enough itself to expose it to enough people. Youtube is everywhere, not only in US. There are a lot of special performances on some Vevo channels. They have like 1m - 2m views.
