The number is the PERCENTAGE IT IS SELLING VS THE #1 SONG. So if you're at 0.4245, you're selling 42.45% of the #1 song's sales rate. As you can see to the right, these are OLD selling rates for you to compare the most current (left) rate to.  What are the colors?
