"do what you want with my body" being a bit tongue-in-cheek in this case? Or did she just want to put her ass on her single cover? I think so tbh. Look at how the ARTPOP cover is supposed to be a representation of basically her mind and art and creativity ect ect and then DWYW is basically saying "you can't have any of that but you can have my body" hence the cover being her ass.
