Maybe the promo is DWUW so it won't have the same radio impact as Venus? R&B vs. Pop won't impact ALL the same radio. Promo singles never hit radio. I have feeling the snippet on RadioARTPOP will be released in full at midnight on Tuesday -- this would make most sense and would space out the songs!
