And she did a "You and I" radio edit with Wisconsin, so I was confused. But normally BIG artists don't come to Wisconsin because it's a smaller market if that makes sense. All we know is that she was thinking of doing it like an outdoor festival or whatever. Other than that we've heard zilch. That's true about the Monster Ball, but I feel like she was planning that one way ahead and it was fairly minimal compared to TMB 2.0/BTWB It's a possibility, but it's not very likely in my opinion.
