The only reason I'm wondering is because I work in publishing and deal with foiling, so I know from experience that the cost can add up. Saying this based on hiw she only listed quick links of her webstore, iTunes and Amazon on her website. I hope the album hits number 1 worldwide and then floats in the top 10 for a long while after. She'll have to stagger promo to keep up there but not over promote to the point people get sick of her.
