TMP 87
To make sure they get an album on time if they know they won't have time to go and get it in a record store. It's more comfortable. The foil thing.
Scarface 0
Why would anyone ORDER a physical they can now buy in person? Obviously it won't look good on amazon in that regard. You know it's quite hard to buy it on your own because we have barely any music stores left in Germany. Even in my city, which is not that small, there's only one place where I can buy CDs. Ordering is just much more comfortable than drive like one hour just to get the CD. I would guess that the quantity of ordered CDs > CDs bought in a shop
miss anthropy 0
#11 on Itunes Was it even 1 week in the Top 10? and #24 on Amazon!!! What the heck happened?
Liam Germanotta 3
iTunes is not the biggest digital music seller in Germany. Actually there are three big ones: musicload, Amazon mp3 and iTunes. Musicload is not big. Media Markt MP3 & Saturn MP3 are together the largest. MediaSaturn > Amazon > iTunes > Musicload and #24 on Amazon!!! What the heck happened? But #6 on MP3. And additionally #89 for Limited Edition physical. And you know that it's the revenue that counts in Germany, and especially the limited edition will give a nice boost for it. And don't forget the pre-orders. Why would anyone ORDER a physical they can now buy in person? Obviously it won't look good on amazon in that regard. It takes way more time. And I believe there are some stupid people that are ashamed to buy a Lady Gaga CD in 2013

miss anthropy 0
We still don't know were it debuted right? I just checked the album charts, Eminem is new at #1. AP was not on the chart, so I presume it'll only appear on next week's chart? If anyone has more accurate info, please update for us.

Mills 446
I hear Eminem's album was only out 3 days last week in Germany. So Gaga isn't even competing with his 2nd week like in US or UK. It's his days 4-10 sales. That sounds alarming, doesn't it? If ever ARTPOP debuts at #2, I just hope it'd be able to rise (I don't know how, but perhaps a successful single down the road) and give Gaga her 4th #1 album there. I just don't like the idea of ARTPOP possibly breaking all these #1 album streaks in her strongest markets since her debut.
Melech 9,900
Lady Gaga is #17 in German itunes. Meanwhile Helene Fischer is still in the top 5 in german itunes Yeah.. like what am I talking about? Germany is a flop country and doesn't give two sh'ts about Gaga. :toofloppy: It's gaga own fault. She only cares about US and UK and only gives promo there.
TMP 87
She's currently in the Mediacontrol Top 100 with 4 songs. Do What U Want #26 (LW: #26) Dope #34 (NEW) Applause #38 (LW: #36) Venus #75 (LW: #34) I'm surprised her promo singles did so well.

Obviously they get most of the focus
