Liam Germanotta 3
Digital pre-order iTunes 215 (178) Amazon N/APhysical pre-order Amazon (discounted) 55 (144) Amazon Pop (discounted) 36 (94) Amazon Vinyl 68 (59) Amazon Clean Import 2.987 (7.575) Interesting to see the minus for the vinyl. Perhaps because the foil was only announced for the CD.

craig 680
I hear Eminem's album was only out 3 days last week in Germany. So Gaga isn't even competing with his 2nd week like in US or UK. It's his days 4-10 sales.

TMP 87
iTunes is not the biggest digital music seller in Germany. Actually there are three big ones: musicload, Amazon mp3 and iTunes. Physical album sales also make for a big part of the sales. And Gaga is well appreciated among all the celebrities here, so she gets free promo every now and then and she is a big physical seller here. Of course we can still only hope. The numbers on Amazon are worse. Let's hope iTunes is the biggest seller I mean she's about to leave the Top 20 for physical CDs!

Yeah.. like what am I talking about? Germany is a flop country and doesn't give two sh'ts about Gaga. :toofloppy:

TMP 87
She barely promoted ARTPOP here.. she wasn't even on national tv, except of an interview. The Ampya Moment was not "exclusively" for Germany since it was intended to be streamed worldwide. If that had been broadcasted on national tv, it would have had a more impactful effect. And other than that.. Applause did not flop, but it is far from being a mega hit and Do What U Want struggles to rise.
Americano 31,061
Why would anyone ORDER a physical they can now buy in person? Obviously it won't look good on amazon in that regard.
