Mediabase AI's used to be about the same as the Nilesen ones, but about a year ago the Mediabase ones were inflated around 30% more. Nielsen doesn't release their numbers, which is why no one really posts them. Billboard is kind enough occasionally post the AI's of the songs in the Top 10 of the Hot 100 on their weekly rundown, but even then, there was a time when they only did it for one or two songs. As of yesterday, Applause has 84,000,000 AI, via Nielsen BDS. For comparison purposes, Bad Romance had at least 90,000,000 AI and Born This Way had at least 101,000,000 AI. I say at least because after scouring for hours through Billboard articles from the time, those are the only two Nielsen BDS updates that Billboard posted. Both likely had significantly higher AI's.
