I kinda would've presumed that it would've been settled out of court purely to stop it going to an actual trial but I kind of get the impression that Gaga knows Jennifer just wants to $$$ and won't give her the satisfaction of just getting the money??? The thing I find really annoying about this lawsuit is that they use the same experience, one time, over and over. If the worst thing you really had to do was get up and change a dvd once then honestly stfu imo. I know there's all the "you're always on call all the time" complaint, and honestly it sounds like she was underpaid annually for that but at the same time I'm pretty sure there was a crap ton of perks that came a long with it. With how generous Gaga seems to be to everyone, by most accounts...Jenniferella probably got a lot of gifts, and not to mention got to see the world, sleep, eat, etc at all the best places and probably got to meet an insane amount of really epic people along the way. I think they will settle out of court with this Jennifer person now. There's no way they're going to risk this whole mess actually going to trial, especially when it's supposed to start right before the album launch. Can they still do that with a trial date set?
