I don't get the anti-ballad stance on GGD. Are two ballads or even if there were five too much when you have over ten tracks that are mi and up-tempo? We already know she can sing amazingly and play the piano really well, because she's done a million acoustic performances of her up-tempo songs, which we can listen to any time on YouTube. If she puts stripped-down piano songs on the album, it doesn't leave much room for creativity with the live performances. There's also the risk of ballads disrupting the flow of a dancey album.
