Compared to Roar, MANiCURE isnt cheesy. Its super catchy. My comment had nothing to do with Roar being cheesy or not, in fact in a follow up comment I distinctly remember saying "Roar may be cheesy but it fits with the current climate of pop radio". MANiCURE does not and to be honest I consider it on the same maturity level as Hair. I mean I like it better than Hair by comparison but its still lame. Yes, vote for Sex Dreams. It will flop harder than Marry the Night and then Aura will be rush-released as Telephone continuation ♥ Gaga was critically panned when the Aura leak was reviewed not to mention the fact that she was blasted for cultural appropriation and a desperate attempt at grasping for controversy by referencing a burqa at all. Aura will not only flop because it won't get radio support but she will look like a fool. Theres no single choice worse than Aura. Besides why is everyone so sure Aura is the Telephone continuation anyway? MANiCURE is more similar to Telephone lyrically than Aura. If you want her to continue making grand commercial pop music her way she needs to also be successful on a grand scale. you really don't have to be psychic to be able to tell that MANiCURE would not fare well to todays top 40 listening audience. omg. I mean, Blurred Lines had raunchy lyrics, but it's somehow not as noticeable (I mean, I could play Blurred Lines with a five-year-old or my parents in the room and it wouldn't be as awkward as with Sex Dreams). They could rework it to Love Dreams, though I guess. ARTPOP tbh could make her more radio-friendly again, but since even Gaga isn't considering it at least for now, I'd like Swine better, but they need to trim it down, make it less screamy in the verses (well, we only have the live version so the studio one might not be as screamy). But, what's great about it is that it sounds different from anything right now + everyone could relate to being angry at someone. Also seems like something Gaga hasn't done before.
