The idea of how far you would go to save your life? It's clear that to some extent, Swine is directed at people like P.erez, so maybe IF there is a "Saw" reference somewhere in there, she's questioning how much someone is willing to degrade themselves to stay "relevant"? How much they're willing to hurt other people to remain in the limelight?
