Could I just say what sweet poetic justice it was to see that 1D got pipped to the #1 spot? I fully expected them to get it this week and doubted Lily could be strong enough to hold them off, but it actually happened! And now they've fallen to #5 in the space of a few hours and Leona is doing better than them! Now that they're in the third week of their album release and having sold so many copies already, there'll be no more #1's. Just makes me feel so much better that Gaga isn't the only mainstream pop act who's struggling to get to the top.

Reciepts?

Of what? Gaga's statistics or everyone else's?

Although I'm a long time pop fan, no boy band has made music I liked since Duran Duran in the early 80's. Either they make sappy love songs for teen girls, or they are they try should like Usher (Biever) or Mumford (1D now).

Pop girls have to make better music to sell, cause they can't rely on hormones to create a fanbase.

The album will AT LEAST sell 200k in the U.K.

The most I see is 400,000 with a hit bigger than Applause + DWUW *cough cough Gypsy*

As long as DWUW remains pretty in the Top 20 from now on, I'm good.

DWUW is going Silver at the very least too.

yeah,that sounds about right!

Yeah but with their album sales it's not surprising they won't get another one, with GaGa's it's just disappointing :(
