It will likely be an increase from last week. That'll be holiday sales kicking in. Hopefully she can pull another increase next week. Btw where did you get this info from? --- I was in HMV earlier today and in the chart section all the ARTPOP copies were on one of the low shelves but there was still quite a few copies gone from it :) It's not exactly in your face though, they didn't have any posters or anything even during release week. They had loads of stuff up for Eminem, James Arthur, Gary Barlow 1D and Robbie when their albums first came out. I remember BTW was well promoted in HMV when it came out, they should've done that this time tbh.
