And that problem is happening to me with the preordering/purchased aswell :(  Yup it will  Just log out of your account, then try to buy DWUW and it will make you log back in again. So for example, if that rule didn't change, then Applause wouldn't have even been allowed to debut on the singles chart due to the way it was released.
