Harry 26,836
5 - 9 - 7 - 8 - 10 - 15 Week 1: 38,042 Week 2: 32,893 Week 3: 30,621 Week 4: 29,803 Week 5: 21,876 Week 6: ? Total Sales: 153,235 The Edge of Glory wasn't a promo single, it was the third official single released from the BTW after the title track and Judas. Hair was the only promo single released from BTW. Hair actually charted higher in the UK than both Marry the Night and You and I, the last two singles released from the album. Of course it's shade otherwise you wouldn't have pointed it out. At least Roar hit #1 in the UK. '1 post' hmm... And TEOG was initially released as a promo single. But then after the good performance of the song in the UK and US it was made third single as Judas faded.

Harry 26,836
she needs to get over there again Yes it isn't great :/ But that's still missing the sales from this week. It won't add that much though.
Magoo 6
The Edge of Glory wasn't a promo single, it was the third official single released from the BTW after the title track and Judas. Hair was the only promo single released from BTW. Hair actually charted higher in the UK than both Marry the Night and You and I, the last two singles released from the album. There were only 2 official singles released prior to the album: BTW and Judas. TEOG and Hair were both promo singles prior to the album release TEOG as a promo single made a second week at #6 before slumping down to #28 and then following official release made its way back up to #7 a few weeks after. TEOG was initially released as a promo single. But then after the good performance of the song in the UK and US it was made third single as Judas faded. That's it. Had Hair done extremely well and TEOG not, then Hair would have been the third single.
zefyr 0
She needs major work here in the UK. iTunes festival obviously was more of a showcase for fans across the world and would only have really worked as real Applause promo if it had been screened on a prime time BBC slot. The BTW singles all underperformed here, she needs a big hit FAST. The good news is that it's growing in Radio so the industry seem to be warming to her again, and getting to number 5 without much promo is a healthy sign that the public will take her on again. craig 680
Releasing against Kings of Leon and Drake shows Jessie J really doesn't want #1. Just liked she was blacked by Adele last time. http://instagram.com/p/elOAc-w0TW/
