A guy from Billboard has said that artists are forbidden from providing links to their songs and videos on YouTube and encouraging multiple views, two things Lady Gaga did on Twitter in regards to 'Applause'. So we don't know yet! And whenver a Gaga video is released she does provide links to tell us they are released!
