Certainly Interscope should dump the idea that the whole world must get the same single. Different countries respond differently and it shows in the charts. She's in Top 10 in airplay in UK and Germany. Much better than US. You don't see Bruno or Rihanna killing a huge radio hit in US just because it's out of Top 10. Airplay is promo.
