Dangerous Man 9,245
The only problem with Brit rn is the radio deal. RCA paid a lot for Oh La La so I doubt they will take risk again for paying her deal. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body." Americano 31,061
I'd like to say I think WorkB will not do well but with what happened to Roar and Applause...idk anymore. I honestly thought Roar wasn't going to do great since Brave didn't do great. I knew Roar would be massive. It sounds huge.
Arturo 40,746
People are really underestimating Britney. Her debut numbers are always big.

Alchemist 0
Why has WMU been holding up this entire time? Is it solely based on radio play?
pie-kun 1,765
Why has WMU been holding up this entire time? Is it solely based on radio play? It's almost at 100M AI, so probably.
Arturo 40,746
Avicii is also being played on alternative. They're more likely to buy music. OLL doesn't count. Most BritBots didn't care enough to go out of the way and support it
Alchemist 0
Oh, that explains why Lorde is slaying too.
pie-kun 1,765
Yeah, probably unfair to bring up Ooh La La. It was a weak, B-side sounding single from a critically panned movie. Don't think you can compare that to an album lead single.
nick4bty 2,758
I actually like OLL better than WB lol
Deacon 5
I knew Roar would be massive. It sounds huge. I was just thinking about that earlier today when it came on the radio - it has that grand finale vibe to it.
Americano 31,061
I was just thinking about that earlier today when it came on the radio - it has that grand finale vibe to it. Yup. I know a lot of people on GGD thought itd do bad, but I was on vaca when Applause AND Roar came out. So I was coming home from my vaca when they suddenly were playing on the radio. When Roar was playing i was just like NO SHES GONNA SLAY GAGA I just knew it. Its perfect for car rides etc Very anthemic
