I hope Katy won't regain the number 1 on Itunes atleast for a few days ... that was the case with BTW. when it was knock off by another song (i cant recall which, was that ET or S&M remix ?), it literally freefall until prono kicked in and sustain the sales. The ones buying Roar these days are no longer her core fanbase, but the casual mainstream top 40 fans, well at least the bulk of it - similar to Applause and the other singles released weeks/months ago. I presume majority of them are the ones who have heard it through radio. While the ones who'll push the sales for Katy's promo single on the 17th would mostly be her core fanbase.
