At the very least Gangnam Style had a catchy production, nice hooks etc. The Fox is just plain terrible lol, it was literally made to be a bad song. It was made to be funny, to make you smile. I bet that Gaga is going to release several promotional singles before the album, being all of them pure EDM songs to promote the ARTrave which equals more album sales.
