Too many new releases and I don't think a promo single is a good idea ATM, it'll be serviced as a real single tbh but would probably flop. Actually I think it would do great as a single. Something different and unexpected from her. But as most fans don't want ARTPOP it should do great as a promo single (as long as she makes a video for it later on the app).
