Actually i believe Avicii and gaga will  both pass Blurred lines soon

You cant just say that to a song that has a very strong digital sales and airplay.

Hoping she'd enter the top three during the post-VMA week, at the very most.

Yeah.. I think it'll be that time.

If Roar is Katy's BTW I wanna see her Judas :P

AS IF SHE'LL RELEASE A RISKY SONG LIKE JUDAS.

im talking about itunes

Can't wait for her marry the night + her struggle selling 250k copies of a lead single.

EDIT: she already had her Marry The Night when Thinking Of You peaked at #29 in 2009 :fan:

That was before she became Label Puppet

If indeed Katy Perry would release a second single on the 17th of September, in partnership with Pepsi, then there's a huge chance that she'd compete directly with Britney Spears (well, if Britney ends up releasing her lead single during the 9/17 announcement). Another showdown?

Anyway, releasing a second single in September is just way too early. That would be just a month after Roar got released. What is her label thinking? Unless, they anticipate that Roar would only have a front-loaded success.

katy is releasing new single in mid september ...

she thinks she can pull an OG + WMN like Rihanna??!!

I think they sense that Roar can underperform and they fear the Sara brave backlash.

my all time play count on my new imac i got earlier this year:

1. Burn - Ellie: 378 (added 5 days before Roar)

2. Roar: 359

6. Applause: 205 (probably top 50 with all computer versions combined)

It's obvious that they are milking her now, after seeing the success of Roar.

But I think it'll be just a promo single though.
