Robin is now promoting new single (which is flop) and katy wont hit most of notes corrwctly so people will try to forget her

well in US it is about exposure not singing talent.

If they really care about talent and quality, beyonce last album wouldnt have flopped.

Btw, im looking forward for thevma performance. hopefully it will be well received and memorable like the VMA2009

And be prepared. dont hope for so much for a top5 debut this week. the numbers for #4-#10 are all very close. Unless preorder ia really huge, applause might miss the top5 and debut in top10 lile jidas

Even if Katy turns in a lackluster live performance, she'll still get a massive boost. I'm not saying it'll be impossible for Gaga to ever top the itunes chart with Applause, but I think some people are getting ahead of themselves. ALL the artists will benefit from the VMAs. Indeed, what I think we should be hoping for is a sustained run in the top 10, not necessarily that quick brush with #1.

Remember that awful part of me performance? That didn't stop her from topping iTunes.

People won't forget Katy because of a bad performance

Im saying they will forgot her performance. I want to say that only Gaga will have benefit from vmas

Reports say that Robin Thicke is set to perform Blurred Lines at the VMAs, which isn't a shocker to anyone. Hence, expect for BL to at least benefit from the VMA sales boost. As for KP, the VMA performance, whether mediocre or not, will surely strengthen her lead in sales.

But it was her debut week which she would top wven without performance

Katy will benefit, good performance or not. To be totally honest, Roar sounds like the sort of song she'd be able to pull off live, so..
