Okay, I'll compare this 8/19 impact date to having lunch. Imagine bringing your packed lunch with a sandwich to work/school and your lunchtime is at 12:00PM. You change plans and start eating your sandwich at 11:45AM. That is what happened with Applause... It was planned for 12:00PM, but radio started eating it at 11:45AM.
