Why would a purchase in Lithuania matter any less than a purchase in US? Because a Lithuanian monster is somehow worth less? Or Lithuanian currency? Both show support and love for GaGa. Such a massive display of cultural ignorance tbh I was trolling, but I was kinda being serious with that. I mean, it takes A LOT less purchases in Lithuania iTunes to make it go to #1. And Billboard is a lot more important of a chart than, well, whatever chart is used in Lithuania. The U.S. is one of the biggest music markets in the world. But Katy is getting way more airplay and promo from banners, etc., so logically it makes sense that she's #1. If Gaga had the same radio deal and support in play, and had lead banners all over iTunes and YouTube, she would probably be #1 right now.
