RQ: 2009 AMAs Cover

I recently downloaded the audio to the AMAs and would like a cover. Can someone make it out of this picture:

And this one:

 

Make it a square and put Lady Gaga in News Gothic MT Bold like on the Fame Monster Cover and the Bad Romance and Alejandro Covers like it is on them. And write Live at the 2009 American Music Awards, in the same font but smaller. Put both on the bottom of the cover. Make the pictures flow well into each other please. :)
