I don't really like it.

 

The love the idea behind the picture, but was this seriously photographed by Inez and Vinoodh? Her face and upper body is out of focus while her shoes and lower body are nice and crisp.  I understand that they were going for the intentional motion blur with the fake arm, but having the entire upper half of the image a complete blur just isn't doing it for me.  Her shoes are so substantially clearer than her face that it actually draws your eye away from her upper body, which is obviously the intended focus of the picture.

 

The outfit, the concept, and everything with this image is spot on.  It's just a poorly executed photograph.
