(this is lady gaga, she changes her look every day) and she will probably be back to her usual self when ARTPOP comes out. A piercing isn't permanent and can be taken out. Let's thank she doesn't have any tattoos on her face. This. Personally, I'm surprised that I'm having a stronger reaction to this than I do to her getting tattoos, but it's all good - I imagine we'll see the piercing in action on occasion. Like some have said, it would be pretty cool if ARTPOP showed the transition from Stefani to Gaga. Actually, ARTPOP will be pretty cool no matter what.
