The video has been up for like 40 hours... it was posted at 8:40am on Monday, and 24 hours later it only had 8m-ish views. In fact, when I checked 5 hours ago it was only at 8.5m-ish. Apparently, Vevo has a 1 or 2 day delay on their stats, and the fact that they don't even have a 1-day statistic posted yet means they still haven't counted the first day's numbers. This is what I've been told. But it does make me wonder even if a lot of day 1 viewings haven't been tallied yet, maybe this number we are seeing does include some day 2 counts?? I dunno. We don't know how many views were from the first 24 hours and it still does not allow us to see the stats, meaning they are STILL trying to catch up. It's possible, but it updates so weird. I guess you would have to been following the videos views, likes, and comments for the last 40 hours like some of us... to feel it's really behind. :P The stats part is really telling as well, usually videos that aren't too far behind on updating allow you to see the stats. Also, many 1D fans said their views were really low and the 12.3M record number was released two days later.
