I read somewhere she would perform on September 29. I mean it would be good to perform on September 1, especially since the album will be at pre-order on iTunes but would she be ready after the VMAs?

It would be amazing if she performed on the 1st to open the festival and get all that promo for the pre-orders! But she can't just perform one song...and I have a feeling she won't be performing too many from ARTPOP.  I don't really want her too.  I want ARTPOP to come out when ARTPOP comes out haha.  Still don't trust this.  But it's like 70% possible since The Rolling Stones said it... Waiting for confirmation!
