Ladygaga.com only put up this image and nothing more. Looks like that we will have new website design for ARTPOP. And no that picture is not the album cover only teaser like she did with BTW with that picture of her back anf BTW jacket remember? Lacee has tweeted it is not the cover but it is ARTPOP related.
