Being able to play at the iTunes Festival would be the smartest thing she could do, it's a FREEEEEEEEEE LIVEEEEEEEE BROADCASTED SHOW ON DEVICES SHE IS PROMOTING!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think the media truly knows the budget but if she IS using the festival as her first full show performance, it will be a new mind-blowing experience I'm sure. I'd like to think she is going to open the festival on September 1st :) *prays* Open the show on September 1st (Sunday) and everyone is able to download the App afterwards.
