That video is just epic. Much better than all Bruno videos combined. Well, Mika is a popular artist in different parts of the world. The Popular Song is actually considerately high in the Philippines itunes. so tht explains his relevancy. But I don't this Ariana version. The album version >>>>>> He was just kidding. But yeah, he was a big fan of cheesy girls of pop music. Off topic but is Mika popular in Sweden? Okay. Really? She's popular in our country? I haven't heard any of her songs in radios. And out itunes chart isn't really that relevant. You can top it by a 30-100 sales only. You can also enter the top 100 when A PERSON bought your song. Anyway, gonna listen to it soon. I guess the itunes in the Philippines is so irrelevant and messed up. So if you'll release a song on Philippine itunes and I ask somebody to buy it for me, you can chart in the itunes top 100? what kind of slayage is that. I don't guarantee that you will like the song, but Ariana is beautiful in the video. :) that's alright. You can shade my indie artists, as I am indirectly shading your Bruno and generic faves too. I don't know the songs you've just mentioned because I haven't checked his debut album yet but I'll listen to it when I got sick of Origin of Love. :) and I have to agree, he can release Emily (though my fave is Steps with Me) and it is a sure hit. But I guess his label decided to remix Popular Song with Ariana to launch his career in the US. I really wish it would be at least a moderate hit in the US, because he's really a talented artist. Hoping for his continued success not just in Europe but in Asia too, as he's already charting in our country's itunes charts. If he is performing at the VMAs, I would think by then he'd be promoting his second single (at the same time, maybe he would perform the song he's gotten so many nominations for). But it looks like starting next week he's beginning to make the talk show rounds again, with appearances booked for Jimmy Fallon and The View. So will he go for another Blurred Lines promotional run or will he begin promoting single #2? If he were smart, and wanted to extend his career past Blurred Lines, he would promote the second singe.
