Can't understand.. the song is catchy and It's still in top 10 on Itunes.. It sold nearly 200k first week what's wrong with these radios...  I hate them...  because of them Gaga's single selling power is underrated.. she sells really well considering her airplay

don't cha worry, 'twas just the rolling effect, she'll gain today I'm sure.  :)

I don't really care If a song will flop or not (Unless It's a gaga song) but I just can't understand.. the song is catchy, It's a hyped lead single from Miley and they don't play it ... I think with a radio deal the song should've been atleast 20m AI by now right ?

Okay guys, Brubru is coming for Cher's weave. Treasure MV is on June 17 while the voice performance will be aired on June 18. :excited2:

Still next week though, hope the song can still hold in the top 20 until its next big promo.

it seems that radio doesnt care anymore about itunes chart. look at Robin Thicke. its the second time ( for almost a week) when he is at no1 on Itunes and the song is only 15 on the radio. I think radio wants to show us that it still is the king and with the new methodology from Billboard, radio has become again the most important factor for the chart.

yeah or even 30M.  But it's her lead single right? I know her record label will not give-up for her just like that.

But It's not ... You can make top 10 a song with only sales and streaming just like with only sales and radio....  Sales are still the most Important factor then  Radio and Stream are about equal ... but still radio has to play the most popular songs at the moment and Miley is top 10 so It's weird..

It's more of an urban-rhythmic sounding single. Miley's last album struggled. She not Bruno-Rihanna-Katy, she's a Disney teen star who suffered a backlash. It can't be much of a radio deal if it didn't get more spins than that. Not a Timberlake type deal.

Treasure sounded like a huge hit when I listened it for the first time, so I really don't understand the payola behind it. Its so annoying.

yes, but you must have 2 from 3. and with some exceptions radio seems to have more influece on the streaming  and not sales.

The good news is that Miley is doing good on streaming. She is no 11 on Youtube chart. ( Where is on the spotify one?) with the audio video. Maybe she will make a surprise debut.
